Outstanding and go the extra mile

UTB have always answered my queries promptly. When I.requested their help.to.purchase a house they allowed me to withdraw funds immediately with no loss of interest even though I had agreed to T&C that meant I should.have lost interest. Great customer service and savings rates

I was originally drawn to United Trust bank because of their favourable savings rates in comparison to other business savings providers. I've found their online platform to be very quick in terms of faster payments, unlike a lot of other business savings proivders where payments can take up to a day or a weekend to complete. Any queries or issues I've ever had, have always been resolved within the same working day! Very impressed! Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
