Have had this credit card for quite some time now an...

Have had this credit card for quite some time now and have only had one problem that was; I made a payment to pay off money on my card which didnt go through, I have never had a problem before so decided to phone Vanquis, they were very polite and helpful and explained that it was because I had made the payment very early in the morning, she found my payment and sorted it out for me., would definitely recommend this card to other people.
