Excellent

I have had no issues with vanquis. The wait times are always low and always get greeted by a friendly advisor who is happy to help. My card was subject to fraud recently and the customer service was very prossional. The advisor showed empathy and my issue was resolved wothin the week. One of my favourite go to cards

I have had my vanquis credit card for awhile now, and i have been extremely happy with the rates and the credit limit, the app is fantastic especially being able to transfer funds to your account which other credit cards do not offer, there are times ive had to do this and its been a lifesaver. I have recommended vanquis to 2 friends who are also very happy with the card and the app and the overall service. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025
