One of my favourite go to cards

I have had my vanquis credit card for awhile now, and i have been extremely happy with the rates and the credit limit, the app is fantastic especially being able to transfer funds to your account which other credit cards do not offer, there are times ive had to do this and its been a lifesaver. I was a little nervous about applying for a credit card, but Vanquis made the whole process simple and stress-free. The application was quick, I got an instant decision, and my card arrived sooner than expected. What I love most is the way Vanquis helps me stay in control. The app is super easy to use, giving me real-time updates on my balance, available credit, and payment dates. The alerts are brilliant — I never miss a payment, and I’m building my credit score without the stress. Their customer service is friendly and helpful, which is rare these days. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to get through quickly and speak to someone who actually listens. Thanks to Vanquis, I feel confident about my finances again. Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used.

Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used. Ridiculous terms and interest rates, don't want to help when you're trying to find a solution to help with finances like all the other companies have. Clearly wanting people to get into debt. The staff are rude and haven't got a clue, being put on hold every question as they don't know the answer, trying to get you off phone fast and not answering the questions. Vanquis credit card has been surprisingly positive

I originally applied to help build my credit score, and Vanquis gave me that opportunity when many others wouldn’t. The application process was straightforward, and I was approved quickly with a manageable credit limit that increased gradually over time as I proved myself. The app is easy to use — I can check my balance, make payments, and get alerts instantly, which helps me stay on top of things. I especially like how transparent the charges and interest are, and that I’m reminded when my payment is due. It’s helped me become more financially disciplined. There are no flashy rewards, but for what I needed — building credit safely and gaining control over my finances — Vanquis delivered exactly that.
