Vanquish always make sure I am happy with the way my credit card works for me would recommend them to anyone can always speak to a human being on the phone, not just a computer, which is great, unlike other companies which only provide a non human to talk to which I hate. Amazing communication

Vanquis used to offer a great service when I first signed up. But recently they have withdrawn their old app, forcing a new app, with questionable security, which has been criticised by many of their customers. However, Vanquis have refused to listen to their customers complaints and basically, given them no choice, either comply with their new demands or lose the service offered.
