Vanquis: Ignoring it's customers

Vanquis used to offer a great service when I first signed up. But recently they have withdrawn their old app, forcing a new app, with questionable security, which has been criticised by many of their customers. However, Vanquis have refused to listen to their customers complaints and basically, given them no choice, either comply with their new demands or lose the service offered.
