Add block credit card feature

I use Vanquis app, and my issues are: 1- when request to enter my passcode if I typed fast the app will not recognise the numbers, I need to type slow otherwise the pass code will be wrong. 2- there is no feature to block the credit card. Let say l left my card at work place, my card is not lost. I know where I left it but I don't trust the people there, just for security reasons I could only blocked my credit card until be in my possession, but I could only find "lost or stolen ". VANQUIS - A BEACON OF HOPE IN THE WORLD OF CREDIT CARDS

Since my time with Vanquis, I have received constant support and in times where I have had issues with income they have treated me in a friendly, supportive and a solution based mindset. No threats, no intimidation or adding to the stress, which you do not need when you hit a bad financial income patch. Communication is clear, the app is superb for staying on top of things as well as proactive reminders that come through by text. They have proactively supported and offered help as well as rewarded my loyalty with carefully considered CL increases as my work life and income changed. Whilst I am on a drive to get rid of many of my credit cards, Vanquis will be the one I choose to keep for extra spending or emergencies. I have been working on a plan to clear all debt but with the aim of holding just one or two cards for unexpected events. Number 1 has always been Vanquis and the trust and support goes both ways in this relationship. If only more credit card companies held Trust, Support, Proactivity, Solution Centredness and Guidance at the heart of their commitment to customers, many would value this and stay through good times and bad. This has been echoed whenever I have to call the Customer Care team, who are well-trained, friendly and do their best to assist within their guidelines and parameters. It's about respect and treating us all as human beings, whilst understanding Vanquis may have insight into our finances, but no idea about the other 95% of our lives and what affects and impacts us on a day to day basis, which is why that contact and relationship has a value on which nobody can put a cost.
