Vanquis card is ideal when travelling worldwide.

Vanquis card is ideal when travelling worldwide. Also very accommodating and secure for large transaction. Posible to include a member of family or friend as a second user. 24/7 customer service, communicating with a real human english speaker. Paper bill available if or when needed. Messaging to my mobile reminding payments. Frequent promotions of low transfer cost and special low rate promotion now and then. Reliable and accepted worldwide at low cost. Helpful customer service and fair treatment

I’ve been banking with Vanquis for a few years now and overall I’ve had a good experience. On one occasion, I forgot to make a payment on time. I called their customer service team, explained the situation, and they were really understanding. They kindly cancelled the penalty fee, which I really appreciated. It’s reassuring to know they treat their customers fairly and take the time to listen. Would definitely recommend them for their support and flexibility. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
