In branch service review

I came in distressed today on a personal bank issue with my son's account (this is now getting resolved). I was upset and talked about it to Joy and Jo. They were both fabulous with me and were very helpful. I then sat with Jo to go over some savings accounts. The time she put in to help me was priceless. I see Jo at Marple too and she is outstanding and a great credit to Vernon Building Society. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff and help. Reviewed on: 24th October 2024

A great range of savings products post retirement

Recent retirement - took advice on suitable savings accounts for my lump sum and ongoing regular savings. I felt our advisor was a little inexperienced but we found the information and I am very pleased with the savings products I have opened.
