online regular savings account

I applied for an online regular savings account, had it not been for an error on my part, everything would have gone through smoothly. Leon emailed and called me to correct/ sort any issues/queries I had. He was very efficient and pleasant and confirmed everything was in order and told me next steps, which he also confirmed by email.
