In branch service review

I came in distressed today on a personal bank issue with my son's account (this is now getting resolved). I was upset and talked about it to Joy and Jo. They were both fabulous with me and were very helpful. I then sat with Jo to go over some savings accounts. The time she put in to help me was priceless. I see Jo at Marple too and she is outstanding and a great credit to Vernon Building Society. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff and help. Reviewed on: 24th October 2024

it is only a neutral review for Customer service because I haven't had the need to use it. This is mainly down to the fact that everything is so easy to set up. I'm a relatively new customer but so far I'm very happy with my experience. Great interest rate but that's not the only reason I signed up. I like the company ethos and message as well.
