Terrible service

My account was frozen unnecessarily and after submitting the required documentation to remove the restrictions it still took many phonecalls to get any sense out of anyone. Spineless management would not speak to me, it took someone monitoring Trustpilot reviews to sort my problem after 3 weeks of constant frustration. Amazing savings platform

Decent Interest Rate and Great Customer Service

I opened a Fixed Rate Savings Account at my local Virgin Money. The customer service was really good, I actually felt like a valued customer, especially with the complimentary coffee and biscuit! The interest rate they offered was very competitive for the product I wanted and it's really convenient to be able to pop into the branch rather than do everything online. Not only do you get good service & good rates but also free lounges in may towns to sit and relax in - with free tea/coffee and the loan of an iPad to catch up on your emails. Reviewed on: 9th December 2018
