Good cashback perk

Cashback perk can be very advantageous if used smartly. Email newsletter is good with offers and competitions. Managing through phone isn’t the easiest as some competitors - no app with iphone finger scan. Reviewed on: 19th November 2018

Amazing customer service

Appalling customer service

Opened a credit card with these clowns less than a month ago, went to use app yesterday and found myself locked out. Phoned them to be told my account is suspended pending review and they will be in touch "in a few days" to let me know outcome. I have absolutely no idea why, I haven't missed any payments (in fact none due yet) and my financial circumstances have not changed in any way. They refuse to put me through to anyone who can tell me what the issue is, or tell me exactly if/ when it will be resolved. Absolutely fuming. Reviewed on: 1st February 2020

Virgin cards are for everyday people

I found Virgin on a compare website, I have a great credit score but for some reason some top scoring credit cards did not accept me(possible sister companies with my bank) I was not happy as I have a flawless credit report. Virgin was not far behind leaders so I applied on their very easy to use web site and found the questions they asked was very relevant to everyday people. I could find the answers they required immediately, of course I was accepted in seconds. I found the web site to be modern, realistic and customer friendly, in fact I was so impressed with there product that I am seriously considering transferring to their bank, after 37 years with my current bank that decision is not taken lightly. Welcome to the 21st Century

I have been an advocate for the Virgin brand for years, having savings and a PCA with them. I also had a Credit Card and finally in 2019 they launched a Mobile App and allowed me to pay via Apple Pay!! Couldn't be happier about my money. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020
