Knowledgeable and informative

I've been saving with ESCU for 18 months and I've been really happy. The application process was simple. I can view my account easily via the app and I get regular news emails, without being spammed. Any time I've had cause to contact them, everything has been resolved quickly and efficiently. The team at ESCU are knowledgeable and informative and I can't fault them. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Nothing is ever too much trouble for ESCU. I have had several conversations with them over the years and they have always helped out with a friendly, supportive 'can do' attitude. This is what makes them special. People accessing the bank will find a completely different attitude from the High Street branches of the 'big names' and this approach immediately removes so many barriers. Easy to deal with, great customer support and use of technology (App)

ESCU is extremely easy to deal with. The set up process is straightforward and made it easy for me to begin saving through my payroll. The Credit Union produces timely and appropriate communications and provides excellent customer service during what has been an extremely challenging year. The introduction of the App has meant that I can quickly and easily keep track of my savings and any imporatant messages the CU wish to share. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
