Great idea

I use wave bank for several reasons. I like the ethos behind it. I like the convenience and ease of managing and saving and maintaining the account and I like the potential opportunity to win a prize every month with the prize saver acct. Friendly, helpful way to save

Very easy to open an Account online and then very easy to contact someone directly if needed. Also the chance to win in their Members Free Draws and you are kept up to date with their Newsletters. It seems very easy and straightforward to get a loan at a very reasonable interest rate if needed too. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Minimal robot - banking by human!

ESCU have the best customer service, run by actual, real people! And what great people they are too. The customer service is second to none, and it makes such a difference to talk to genuine, helpful people who are patient and understanding. Great easy to use credit union

Have used East Sussex Credit union for a few years and they just keep getting better. The app has made keeping track of my accounts so much easier. Reviewed on: 30th June 2021

Loans and Savings

I joined the Credit union 15 years ago. I got a loan out for £500 at a time of great need. Have been a member since and cannot fault the staff or the way things are run. I now save with them through my pay check, after paying off my most recent loan. Reviewed on: 28th June 2021
