Problem with account card and having money transferred on to it. Staff are helpful and always there. Quite a good replacement for an actual bank though. Account is easy to access online and tells me everything I need to know. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

I have dealt with Bedford credit union for at least 10 years both as a saver and a loan. they are very professional as a company and always willing to help and give advice to their customers.
