Loan settlement stress...

I settled my loan and the payment went through but wasn't allocated to my loan, I had a live chat and was told that it could take up to 10 days to clear, I phoned up and explained that I watched it clear on my account but then it wasn't allocated to my loan. I was asked to give it a few days and check again. After a week I phoned again and was put through to a lovely gentleman called Mark who said he didn't understand why no one had allocated it and he got it cleared within a couple of hours so why it didn't happen first time I contacted Zopa I just don't know because it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Great All-Rounder

Great rate for two personal loans. The application was simple despite being thorough in establishing repayment affordability. The app is great, breaking down your outstanding balance, repayment history, and settlement figures. This is the simplest and cleanest borrowing experience I’ve ever had. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
