Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook.
