Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. Great Savings products

Saving account started to deposit earnings from house sale and downsize. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good rate of interest paid annually into bank. Handy local office and good range of savings accounts to suit everybody. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
