It is a traditional building society, with approachable and easy accessible staff. Office within the local area with parking facilities. If there is a query then they will phone up and talk to you in person. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Customer service at its finest.

Having struggled to login online I contacted your office and spoke with Tracey. What a credit to your company she is. Very helpful, super professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately as I couldn’t find my account number I had to go to the branch. The staff there, namely Tracey, Morgan and George were brilliant. They couldn’t have been better and definitely gave a five star service and I will be recommending CBS in the future. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
