Excellent customer service

I spoke to Kerri and she was really helpful! She talked me through how to register for the online banking service so that it was really clear and easy for me to go ahead. She also explained how I can transfer money into an ISA from my savings account. She was really friendly - it's so nice to speak to someone on the phone who makes it easy and explains everything well. :) Reviewed on: 19th September 2026
