Excellent Customer Service

I had to call the building Society as there were problems with a new savings account. What makes things difficult is that I have a nuerological condition that can sometimes get in the way of everyday task. The call was handled by Amanda, who took me step by step through what I needed to do. Amanda was very patient and waited for me to complete each step of the process which probably took longer than someone without the issues I have. I am grateful for her patience. My wife & I have used this Building Society for more years than I would care to think about, the Staff have always been friendly, always smart, will listen to our requests, will offer advise if requested, certainly no hard sell, indicated or pushed, and always interested in what one says! A pleasure to enter this Building Society, which from the customer view, is warm like the Staffs greetings, very tidy, neat, viewing glasses are polished to a sparkling finish, decoration of this room, is organised and always maintained to a high standard...I think that my wife & I will stay a few years more, thank you...Mr D J Mrs Christine Moran Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
