I like the fact that it is local. I used to feel that it was rather cumbersome, but now that it can be viewed online, it feels more 'user friendly'. The members of staff I have dealt with have been professional and very helpful. Reviewed on: 11th July 2021

I cannot remember any interaction I have had with Chorley Building Society which has not been excellent. There's not a huge range of accounts but some institutions only have that because they keep introducing better rates on new accounts. Chorley Building Society has some decent rates without having to make the range confusing. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly and this makes every interaction a pleasure...as it should be! Reviewed on: 24th June 2021
