Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. Child trust fund with CBS is great

We set up a child trust fund with CBS and it has been easy to manage, with family able to contribute. Having a local branch in Chorley is great too! it's nice to use a truly local building society, and we've never had any issues. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
