Excellent Customer Service

I had to call the building Society as there were problems with a new savings account. What makes things difficult is that I have a nuerological condition that can sometimes get in the way of everyday task. The call was handled by Amanda, who took me step by step through what I needed to do. Amanda was very patient and waited for me to complete each step of the process which probably took longer than someone without the issues I have. I am grateful for her patience. Brilliant customer service over the phone

I phoned Chorley BS to ask if I could transfer my existing ISA to a different ISA with a higher interest rate. I was supported by Tracey who was brilliant throughout. She went through some of the ISA options with me and then assisted me with creating a Chorley Online account whilst on the phone. She knew exactly which screen I was on, was able to tell me where to click on the screen and took actions on her side to make the registration process quick and easy. Tracey gave comprehensive information on the next steps of my ISA transfer and also informed me how to request a change of address. She was very clear with her instructions and remained patient and friendly throughout. Exactly what I was looking for! Reviewed on: 22nd December 2023

Just wanted to champion Chorley Building Society (and Joyce), for their fantastic customer service. No corporate nonsense and delaying tactics re withdrawals - just good old fashioned assistance. I recommend them to any investor for this reason alone. Reviewed on: 18th December 2023

The registration > log-in> withdrawal process has too many steps and verifications. Have never in over 50 registrations been asked for my Nat. Ins number as part of log-in! At least 5 different numbers or codes needed Reviewed on: 8th December 2023
