Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. Best Building Society or Bank for Customer Service

Have never experienced a friendlier approach. Every branch has a chair in front of the cashier so you can sit down to conduct your business. The Head Office even has a drive-through service window so you often don't even need to leave your car. Unique ! Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
