Staff are friendly.

Staff are friendly. Very rarely you have to queue. Like to speak to a person rather than having to do online banking. Like the fact the branch is open 6 days a week. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I was particularly impressed to receive a telephone call following a transaction reversal that I did online. It was very reassuring to know that someone was actually keeping and eye on my account and when something seemed a little unusual, they telephoned me to check that what had happened.
