Helpful and pleasant staff

The staff at the Leyland office are always pleasant and helpful, It is good to be able to speak to someone who is ready to advise on the various savings accounts. Reviewed on: 20th July 2026

Extra special service

I rang and spoke to Cath about a transfer I needed to make. I was a bit annoyed I've got to take money out and Cath recommended a new on-line product for me which is perfect for my needs. So apart from sorting what looked like a big problem for me, which Cath sorted quickly, she gave added-value in her help on a new product. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

Service at Key House

I can only speak about Key House which, being very local, I have always found service Chorley Building Society to be most helpful particularly as I am able to receive personal face-to-face advice with a 'human being' rather than a telephonic 'robot' which many banks or financial organisations seem to offer as the preferred contact point these days. If a desk clerk is unable to answer a particular query, a more senior member of staff can soon be summoned to resolve the problem without having wait for hours or days being shuffled from one department to another requiring me to repeat the query over and over.
