Kind, patient and very knowledgeable customer service

Last week I set up a Chorley Building Society regular monthly savings account. But somehow I got myself in a pickle earlier today trying to access it via the Chorley Online Portal. I phoned up and was taken through everything by a very patient, and kind, but most importantly a very knowledgeable person by the name of Julie. I received excellent customer service from Julie and I'm now very much online with Chorley and able to view my savings via the online portal.
