When I phone staff are always friendly and helpful. This Building Society is antiquated and needs bringing into the 21st century. Why no internal transfers of cash? Why is interbank transfers so costly? Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Although interest rates are low - your's are better than most. Like being able to order app forms via phone / post. Rapid turnaround when app forms hand delivered by third party. You could save money by only sending the passbook in an A5 envelope - rather than the B6 welcome pack each time. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
