The service and professionalism shown by the staff most excellent and as such i would have no issues recommending my family and friends to take a loan.The whole process was made easy and everything was explained in detail and as such i would have no hesitation in going through this again at some point in the future. I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always a pleasure to visit my local credit union no matter what I am going in for. I suffer severe mental health and the staff always treat me with respect and help me to understand if I am unsure about anything, which is very rare these days. I have a direct debit set up well 2 and I just dont think about it and when needed I have a pleasant surprise. Interest rates are fantastic and definitely a huge bonus to the customer. I have been with my branch for many years now and would never dream of leaving them. I applaud the staff they are just so nice and pleasant. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024

The EKCU has seen me through good times and bad.

The EKCU has seen me though tough times, enabled me to do fun things and been a constant in my life for decades now. It was my children’s first experience of saving, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel that the business has listened to the needs of its customers and tailored its services to suit. Help when I needed it most.
