I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always a pleasure to visit my local credit union no matter what I am going in for. I suffer severe mental health and the staff always treat me with respect and help me to understand if I am unsure about anything, which is very rare these days.
