I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always a pleasure to visit my local credit union no matter what I am going in for. I suffer severe mental health and the staff always treat me with respect and help me to understand if I am unsure about anything, which is very rare these days. I have a direct debit set up well 2 and I just dont think about it and when needed I have a pleasant surprise. Interest rates are fantastic and definitely a huge bonus to the customer. I have been with my branch for many years now and would never dream of leaving them. I applaud the staff they are just so nice and pleasant. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024
