My experience with the credit was excellent the team is fantastic and couldn’t rate them more highly, Sheenagh and the team are always very knowledgeable and helpful with guiding you through the process step by step, friendly and professional at every point I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Supportive staff, people’s people and honesty

It’s honestly a long story but if I’m to say a summary, South Manchester Credit union provided me with a loan to settle my tuition at the time I lost hope. It made me feel supported and heard. To top it all, it came to me as a shock when I was told that I am saving alongside my loan repayments. Not to leave this great detail out of it, there staff was really supportive and used kind words. My advice is by honest and transparent about your situation, they are willing to help if you can meet the requirements. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025
