Just rubbish. Promise on the courtesy car is a joke

Just rubbish 3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service are helpful so far, try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid. Admiral Car Insurance is amazing

I have been with Admiral for several years. Although I could find car insurance a little cheaper (last year it was £175 cheaper with another company), the level of customer service I have received from Admiral over the years has been outstanding. It will take a lot for me to leave Admiral, that's for certain. They are an amazing company and I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
