Review of the Admiral, Car Insurance:

Just rubbish. Promise on the courtesy car is a joke

Just rubbish 3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service are helpful so far, try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid. Reduction in premium

After one year with Admiral, during renewal, I was told I would be paying almost same amount with my previous premium. I called customer service and I got a reduction of about 20 pounds Reviewed on: 12th August 2024

Affordable and Efficient...

Annual policy renewal: I always contact Admiral to discuss ways of reducing my premium before shopping around for any other deals. And almost always Admiral find ways of reducing my premium to a more affordable level.
