Review of the Agria Pet Insurance, Pet Insurance:

Great insurers

5
Great company, easy to use website and a really well laid out policy document. I think the pricing is reasonable and actually takes into account the value of pets in our life, unlike other insurers who let you cover an animal for £5 then when you need to claim tell you basically nothing is covered. Amazing pet insurance!

My cat was involved in a serious accident and had to have major surgery to survive. I was extremely glad I had Agria pet insurance in place for him. The claim process was so easy and they paid out swiftly, ensuring my cat got the very best care and is now thriving. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024

No great value.

I have been with them for 4 years, every year the premium and charges go up, I haven't made a claim yet. No contact throughout the year, no offers or repeat customer experience. Q lot could be done here to exploit a customer relationship, I have had no contact with them ever and continually pay more each year, I have considered moving to a different provider oftenust haven't got round to it. This may prompt me to do so! Reviewed on: 26th August 2024

Good claim experience

Recently had to claim for an operation for my dog, plus physio, claim process very efficient. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Great pet insurance company, actually transparent

I’ve had all four of our cats with Agria for 2 years now, we had to claim on our insurance for the first time a month ago and it was genuinely a breeze, they went straight through the vets and just sent us a letter later after we paid the fixed charge + excess (both things communicated and explained thoroughly to us) Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Not the cheapest - but that's not a bad thing!

This is not the cheapest insurance... but you don't feel like you have a cheap product, either! Lots of support, great information, customer service is superb... I have an Assistance Dog, and his health is essential to my well being- glad to have the support this product provides! Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst insurance company ever. They tell you to put in a claim from the vet. You do and then they deny without giving you a reason. When you call, they tell you it’s because your dog is old. I pay Agria senior for this exact reason and it costs more. customer service is useless and not helpful. They tell you there’s nothing they can do- just to wait out your insurance period (which is a year) and then you can cancel. May cannot come soon enough. They rob you, up charge you, and deny you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reviewed on: 13th January 2024

great piece of mind to ensure my fur baby is well cared for

Agria offer a great service which provides peace of mind when caring for Riley, my Jack Russell. I know if anything happens they are there to assist, and because it can all be done by the vet takes away a worry in what is so often a stressful time. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

Outstanding company

When I was distressed over my puppy Milo having life saving surgery, Agria pet insurance dealt directly with the vets and reassured me that the bill would be taken care of ,after being such a new customer, and then 12 months later or so Milo had another operation which was also covered.Thank goodness Reviewed on: 9th August 2023
