Great pet insurance company, actually transparent

I’ve had all four of our cats with Agria for 2 years now, we had to claim on our insurance for the first time a month ago and it was genuinely a breeze, they went straight through the vets and just sent us a letter later after we paid the fixed charge + excess (both things communicated and explained thoroughly to us) Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Pots a plenty!

The Virgin savings pots have significantly increased my rate of saving, I adore the goal setting & the visual representations. The whole Virgin Money app is superb to use, the statements easy to access & overall one of the better banking experiences Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great easy to use app

Snoop is the best open banking resource I have found, the “Snoops” are insightful and useful but easy to ignore if they don’t interest you. The round up Snoops of account deals + the renewal functionality for insurances is very useful for saving money. My favourite feature is the notifications you can set to tell you if you spend X on a category/at a certain retailer or if you make more than X transactions somewhere Snoop is ultimately easy to use, has a good app and is intuitive, I highly recommend it Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Great insurers

Great company, easy to use website and a really well laid out policy document. I think the pricing is reasonable and actually takes into account the value of pets in our life, unlike other insurers who let you cover an animal for £5 then when you need to claim tell you basically nothing is covered.
