I would avoid at all cost.

I would avoid at all cost. I would avoid at all cost. I bought the gold plus insurance. A month later I missed a connection flight because of a snowstorm that created systemic failures in Atlanta. After so much back and forth, the insurance provider keeps finding reasons not to cover the missed flight. It really feels like the type of insurance that will do anything not to pay. I have booked my travel insurance with this company for a number of years now using both the online system and the direct phone line. I am in my late 70's with a couple of pre-conditions and have found staff to be knowledgeable, happy to talk through specific aspects of any policy and, when I have had to contact the company from abroad quick to respond.
