Travel insurance was arranged over the phone after obtaining a quote online. Quote was competitive and I was pleased I could add an extra 10 days per single trip to 55 days for a relatively small premium. The person who dealt with my query was pleasant and helpful. Polite & informative customer service representative.

Very easy to call & purchase our annual holiday insurance. The customer service advisor was very polite & informative, & when unsure of a question we asked him he enquired with other advisors to give us an answer. He was helpful in letting us know that if any change happened in our medical situations during our policy time, that we should get in touch with AllClear to advise them.
