Barclays app

The Barclays app is the best, very easy to use, and can access at anytime and anywhere, we can use the app to see the balance and can transfer money to other accounts without going to bank and have shopping pay back. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Best app ever!!!

The Barclays banking app is amazing!! I am now able to manage my finances in the comfort of my own home. I can check my balance, transfer money, and check my online statements each and every month. I reccomend this app to everyone who has a Barclays account. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

The app is really easy to use to travel money from bank account to savings account

Always there

Barclays have been there to help me: several times when I've needed assistance with DDs, online banking or sending money abroad they have been there either on the phone or in person to show me the easiest way to control my savings or cheque account. Greatest easy fast setup with the app

Easy to use mobile banking,fantastic support from both call centre and bank staff

Branch staff have time to listen and assist, the mobile app is secure and easy to use for someone like myself with no I.t skills, recommended Barclays to my daughter, who was impressed at how easy they made switching her current account to Barclays and continues to be impressed with the level of customer service when making a direct comparison with previous bank. I have had one complaint which I raised in branch, this was dealt with swiftly, fairly and without any further complications. I believe she has been so impressed she has recommended Barclays to her partner, who is currently looking at moving both his personal and business accounts. The bank doesn’t always say yes but is very clear as to why and what can be addressed in the future to change that.
