Greatest easy fast setup with the app

Easy to use mobile banking,fantastic support from both call centre and bank staff

Branch staff have time to listen and assist, the mobile app is secure and easy to use for someone like myself with no I.t skills, recommended Barclays to my daughter, who was impressed at how easy they made switching her current account to Barclays and continues to be impressed with the level of customer service when making a direct comparison with previous bank. I have had one complaint which I raised in branch, this was dealt with swiftly, fairly and without any further complications. I believe she has been so impressed she has recommended Barclays to her partner, who is currently looking at moving both his personal and business accounts. The bank doesn’t always say yes but is very clear as to why and what can be addressed in the future to change that.
