Great APR% rates for good credit customers.

Had two loans with amazing APR% no hassle. Very simple. A few questions answered and the money was in my account in seconds!! Reviewed on: 20th May 2017

High interest

Easy system, rates could be better

Barclays phone customer service

In branch help in the branches that I use is great, congrats on that. Phone customer service is horrendous. Was served by an agent possibly from a call centre in India. The person could barely speak English and could not understand a word I was saying. Had to hang up and walk to the bank. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Easy loan

Very high interest rates.

Excellent credit record and have been with the bank for nearly 2 decades. Very bad interest rate given. Not happy. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Great Business Incentives

Poor

I tried to apply for a loan at Barclays and they declined me straight away and said my credit wasn't good as they said I had none but got told I would be accepted from a advisor I spoke to but the advisor that called me was lovely I can give them that as they do have one of the best customer services going and that's always they key!!! Superb rate loan

Taking out a loan as an existing barclays customer is simple, fair and gets you really good interest rates. The application can be done online, and you can even find out if you're likely to be accepted for one before you proceed through online banking. Excellent product and service! Customer services usless

Barclays insisted that I took a loan out in 2004. This being a loan from another company that they took over (Goldfish). They have consistently ignored my attempts to prove my innocence. When It comes down to communication, Barclays customer services wait 6 years then hound you for something you have no knowledge of. Reviewed on: 13th July 2016

Excellent, supportive bank

I've banked with barclays since the age of 11, so more than 20 years now. Throughout that time, I've had some problems and some really good times, and this bank has supported me and helped wherever possible, regardless of the circumstances.
