Useless offer, rude ignorant customer servise

What is a reason to send an invitation letter to apply for a personal loan and after that decline providing loan because you have a high amount of debts on the credit cards? Representative was rude and ignorant I’m really sorry that I am your current customer, upon closing balances on my Barclays credit card I will definitely close it . Thank you for useless service!
