Disgraceful Rates and Experience

I have been banking with them for 6 years and turned up asking for a Personal Loan with an Experian Credit Score close to maximum and an impeccable loan history; the best they could offer was about 22%, whilst the competition issued a higher size loan for 3%. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018

The rates are due to your credit and debt

If you have bad credit you will not get a interest rate that will fit your need as much me and my wife got a 8.9 percent rate with high 700s score ...so i wouldnt give a bad review if your rate is affected by the amount of debt and score you have . The best thing about this is you PAY 1 BILL INSTEATD OF MANY WITH VARIOUS RATES. Self educate in how it works and youll know of it fits you best or not . Its a great way to track one payment for all debt at a possible lower rate so you pay it off faster than you would splitting to various points of debt . Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

High interest

Easy system, rates could be better

As a Barclays customer with on line banking I have used their loan services. Easy process to apply & keep track of payments & balance, only criticism is that the rates could be better Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Barclays phone customer service

In branch help in the branches that I use is great, congrats on that. Phone customer service is horrendous. Was served by an agent possibly from a call centre in India. The person could barely speak English and could not understand a word I was saying. Had to hang up and walk to the bank. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Very high interest rates.

Great APR% rates for good credit customers.

Poor

I tried to apply for a loan at Barclays and they declined me straight away and said my credit wasn't good as they said I had none but got told I would be accepted from a advisor I spoke to but the advisor that called me was lovely I can give them that as they do have one of the best customer services going and that's always they key!!!
