You can Bank on Barclays

I’ve been a Customer for more than 10 Years Barclays is so Professional i always get my Pay 1 Day before the Due date not all banks do this Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Slow app & slow chat!

Honestley, logging into the Barclays bank app feels like I am connected to dial up broadband. I have other banking apps that just load and open so they have no excuse and its not at my end. The chat feature in the app was just as slow. I had an unexpected payment taken and tried to sort it. I waited ages for a reply and when they did I never got a notification on my phone yet notifications were on so hours had passed. I would not recommend them Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Excellent Service

I have had an account with Barclays for a long time due to their highly dependable and helpful customer service. Their security is very good and have flagged unusual transactions in the past to check they were authentic.
