My local branch is 15 miles away and telephone banking is via an Indian call centre. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Fraudulent Activity

I had an issue of fraudulent activity on my account. Barclays were very effective in helping me resolve this issue and getting new bank cards issued. A refund was always issued very quickly which meant that I wasn't out of pocket. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
