RBS have a wide range or products to suit many needs. They are reliable and remain one of the most present banks in Scotland. I really like their round up service which allows a little extra fro transactions to top up my savings every time I shop, so I dont even have to think so much about ensuring my balance is growing. The best!

I have had current accounts with many banks in my time, but the Royal Bank of Scotland is a cut above. The account works flawlessly and as a senior citizen there I have access to an over-60's telephone number which gets you through to a real person in a couple of minutes. I've tried the newer fin-tech banks but when you need to speak to someone they just don't work. Some of these new banks only provide customer service during working hours, so if you are the victim of a scam, or have some other urgent issue, at the weekend, good luck to you! The services are of high quality, and the team is professional, prompt, and very attentive to customer needs.
