Faultless service every time.

They're a bank

They're a bank, not much more you can say other than hey, remember when banks would give you interest? You also have to ignore all their past financial scandals. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Switch from RSB, make sure your account is closed.

I have left RBS in 2012 via an automatic switch to Lloyds Bank, I'm happy I keep all paperwork in a box, as now 12years later RBS chasing me for outstanding balance on my account, in total £261. I asked deats collection company,where is this det coming from, no answer for this day, just reminders how easy is to make payments online. Stay away from RBS and if you do switch check after month or so if account is definitely close. As mine apparently is still open, even RBS didn't contact me for last 12years. I'd switch if I wasn't so lazy.

All the basic bank stuff is there and works so it's not all terrible, but customer service is non-english speakers hidden behind an AI "helper" obstruction wall and interest rates are non-existent. Plus they've been up to their eyes in every financial scandal of the last few decades. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
