Switch from RSB, make sure your account is closed.

I have left RBS in 2012 via an automatic switch to Lloyds Bank, I'm happy I keep all paperwork in a box, as now 12years later RBS chasing me for outstanding balance on my account, in total £261. I asked deats collection company,where is this det coming from, no answer for this day, just reminders how easy is to make payments online. Stay away from RBS and if you do switch check after month or so if account is definitely close. As mine apparently is still open, even RBS didn't contact me for last 12years.
