Excellent product and service from HSBC!

5
Excellent product and really good customer experience. The insurance products are a great piece of mind and offer great protection against the unexpected. The service so far has been brilliant, onshore team there to answer your questions and always happy to go above and beyond. Would 100% recommend. Will be taking more products with this bank and will recommend to family and friends. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Excellent bank account with a really good app that is clear and easy to use. Premier comes with a small zero percent overdraft and it's easy to draw additional lending when required. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

In terms of the benefits provided, things like travel insurance, and newer heath related bits are good, but interest rates themselves are not so good (at least in comparison to non premier bank accounts). I do all of my banking as well as my mortgage with HSBC as the service is excellent and the mobile banking app very easy to use as well as secure. The benefits of the Premier Account including travel insurance, HSBC Health and access to excellent loan rates makes it a great account to be a part of. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
