Reliable and grown with me

I've had a bank account with Barclays since I was a teenager, they adapted the account when I went to university and now I'm working , it comes with great perks such as travel insurance and car breakdown cover which I always use! Not the greatest customer service

It took me 45 minutes to find out why I had an extra £200 in my bank account, I was passed to advisor after advisor, it was harrowing to say the least. Reviewed on: 8th February 2016

Face less banking?

Recently my bank had a make-over. Stripped of old furnishings and front of house staff, the insides were dramatically changed. With posh designer looking comfy chairs dotted about the now empty floor and self service machines replacing friendly smiles. The question when I first walked in...am I happy with tapping in information rather than speaking my requirements to a member of staff. My verdict upon leaving... the machines were quick and who wants to queue for ages just for a friendly smile behind the glass! I vote for the face lift any day! Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

I am quite happy with the way Barclays handles my account.

I have a few accounts with Barclays one being a Basic Bank Account which Barclays just changed into a Basic Current Account for which I am grateful. My other account is a simple savings account which I hardly use. Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

best bank account ive ever had

They are really helpful and always make time for their customers, they have great online banking and really good customer service, the daily text alerts are amazing to know what money is going in and out of your account and they always send a text giving you a chance to put money in when you go overdrawn to avoid charges Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

Superb

I've been with Barclays for about 6-7 years, they are brill, never had any problems and always helpful if you need help, there online banking app is also easy to use. I'd recommend Barclays to everyone....also I love how you can personalise you bank card :) Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

I love my bank
