Slow app & slow chat!

Honestley, logging into the Barclays bank app feels like I am connected to dial up broadband. I have other banking apps that just load and open so they have no excuse and its not at my end. The chat feature in the app was just as slow. I had an unexpected payment taken and tried to sort it. I waited ages for a reply and when they did I never got a notification on my phone yet notifications were on so hours had passed. I would not recommend them Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great service

I have had no problems with Lloyds. Setting up an account was quick and easy. When I have had minor problems the service has been really quick on twitter and by phone and my problem resolved on the day. The app is great and simple to use but secure. Whenever I visit my local branch I ma always greeted with a smile and the staff are clean, presentable and helpful. I would recommend this bank without being asked. Keep up the great work Lloyds.
